Pork Sandwich
When I returned from my swimmy swims my father offered to make me a sandwich. I accepted this offer. He put some of the left over pork tenderloin on toasted bready with red onions and mayo. And served it with a pickle and side of red onion. The pork wasn't quite as good cold as it was warm.
