Corn Salad c/o Myself
At some point last week, or the week before that? Last week, probably. I boiled up the remaining corn from our barbeque (having suffered long and hard in my vegetable drawer) and added chopped red onion, one green pepper and one red pepper. To that I added salt and the juice of one lime. Simple as simple can be, and exceptionally palate pleasing.
