And your pulled-pork-sandwich looks incredibly tasty. I think I need to learn how to do the whole pork-shoulder-thingy.
Apology? No worries, I hope to find readers however they get here. You should tell them if they're particularly interested in QM2 fare, they should go back to the summer months of, sheesh, 2006.
Huckleberry: pork shoulder is one of the easiest things in the world to cook...you just need about 8 hours where you can hang around your apartment/house/mansion while it cooks.
