Veggie Burger and Veggie Quesadillas c/o Bishop's Collar

On St. Patricks Day my new friend G. came over and we split a Bishop's Collar veggie burger and veggie quesadilla. The burger was astoundingly boring. It lacked any kick or verve, and I didn't have more than a few bites because it felt like such a mushy waste of my belly space. The quesadilla, on the other hand, was well packed with cheese and veggies. The pickle that accompanied the burger was tasty. I didn't share it.
