Salmon Sausages and Vegetables

This is the lunch I just ate. Salmon dill sausages and edamame (is it still edamame if the beans have been freed from their pods?), radishes and yellow peppers over spinach.
I sauteed the peppers, radishes and pre-steamed edamame in sesame oil (I used light sesame oil but I recommend a darker oil...more taste) and steamed the spinach. Meanwhile I was sauteeing the sausages in a little olive oil (until they were over one hundred fifty degrees on the inside. A little salt and lemon juice made this a delicious and (I think) pretty meal.
